Price Match Promise

Our Commitment to Fair Pricing

At Flight Masters, a price match is a limited policy with the conditions below. It is not a promise that our fare is the lowest available, and it is not a best-price guarantee.

What is the Price Match Promise?

Our Price Match Promise is designed to give you confidence in booking with us. If you book a trip through Flight Masters and later discover the exact same package at a lower price on another online travel agency’s website, we will gladly match that price.

Conditions for Price Match Eligibility

To qualify for our Price Match Promise, the following conditions must be met:

• Identical Package: The trip must match exactly—same hotel, room category, travel dates, guests, itinerary, services, and policies.
• Recognized Competitors: The lower price must be publicly listed on a trusted travel website like Expedia.com or Priceline.com.
• Timing: You must contact us within 24 hours of your original booking to request a price match.
• Verification: You’ll need to provide a link to the lower-priced offer and any supporting documents requested by our Customer Support Team.

What Happens After Verification?

Once the competing offer meets every condition above, one of the following applies:

• Credit for the difference: Credit for the price difference toward the current or a future booking.
• Rebooking: The original reservation can be rebooked at the lower price when the fare rules allow the change.

This policy does not mean every search result is the lowest public fare, and it is not a best-price guarantee.
